Poor customer service. I have similar issues with them like the other reviews on here. They don't communicate with you and if they do its by email with a pre made email that they through my name at the top of. I requested for someone to call me since April 7th. The only time i talk to someone is when i call them and they have yet to give me management or have management call me. They are worthless! They said things happened that didn't happen and i asked where she got her information from she wouldn't say. I NEVER had a member of management contact me for them to even have a side of the story. As of right now, my family and the night staff are the only people who know how hair, food, crumbs and the half used over bucket left in the fridge were in the room. As far as I'm concerned they don't deserve a star at all.
