Here changing my review - on first inspection the carpet looked great. Then it dried and I could still see and smell the spots where my dog had been sick. After paying extra for the pet stain removal package, I expected a lot more from a professional company. To their credit, the smell and stain had lessened. And Hasa has GREAT customer service. But I’m the end, after paying for their professional cleaning, I ended up buying pet specific products and getting my pregnant self to elbow greasing those spots again with the chemicals and poo smells I paid to not expose myself to in the first place.
