They were easy to schedule with and came when they said they would. The service was very fast. They didn’t get the paint stains out, but I didn’t think it was a possibility to begin with, so I wasn’t disappointed. They said it should be dry by the time I get home tonight, which is way better than the 48 hours of the last cleaner I used. The Tecs were nice, relatable, clean, and not creepy. Overall a very streamlined, efficient experience. Will definitely be calling them again next time I need carpets cleaned.
