Our first appointment was supposed to be this morning and the Groomer never showed up for the appointment, and never called to let me know they wouldn't make it. I'm not sure what happened, but a simple phone call or even an email would have been welcomed. I can't say anything about the actual Grooming service, since we'll be using someone who can at least pick up a phone going forward.

Had Scooter and Gracie's claws cut for the first time by Dianna Recoy, she was friendly patient and the best. Will use her from now on. Awesome service and the cats are thanking you also Dianna :)

We have had both of our dogs groomed many times by Zoomin Groomin, they had been the most professional experts in making our dogs the best they can be. We have had different groomers from zoomin grromin and they are all so caring and treat out dogs like their dogs, it is so comforting to us that we don't have to take our dogs to a groomers and have them sit for hours, Cathy, is so wonderful, and her communication is outstanding. I am very protective of my crazy fur babies...but thank God we found Zoomin Groomin, a great group of doggie people! Thank You!

Cindy did a fantastic job on my mini Aussie for his “summer smoothie.” I shave his heavy double coat and he is very sensitive, so I am usually very picky about groomers. No razor burn or nicks. Cindy is so good with him. He is so excited afterwards. If there is a cancellation, they will try to work you in sooner but they book up quickly so expect a few weeks to get in. The convenience of them grooming at your door is second to none. I highly recommend zoomin groomin.

they came to our house to give our tea cup yorkie a hair cut , we told the lady what we wanted trimmed and how we wanted it, she took our 4 month old puppy ,sheared him bald and even nicked him and made him bleed , he was totally nervous wreck , totally unacceptable service i would not recommend this service for anyone

We are so thrilled with Zoomin Groomin and the service they provide in our community. This is the second time we have used them and our groomer Emily is amazing. She was so sweet and took wonderful care with our family pets. I will recommend them to everyone. Thank you very much.

We have two extremely large, very furry dogs. They did a great job and the dogs seem to enjoy it. The groomer was great with them.
