Our first appointment was supposed to be this morning and the Groomer never showed up for the appointment, and never called to let me know they wouldn't make it. I'm not sure what happened, but a simple phone call or even an email would have been welcomed. I can't say anything about the actual Grooming service, since we'll be using someone who can at least pick up a phone going forward.
