Feedback:

I used Cleaning Revolution service regularly after they performed a deep cleaning when renovations were done. I couldn't recommend them more highly. They're not only prompt, courteous and reliable, but thorough, detail-oriented and ask for more feedback each time to make sure their services are satisfactory before they leave.I'm amazed at the difference their services have made in the appearance of my home and the ability to maintain it on my busy schedule. I couldn't be more pleased and would recommend them!

Would like to recommend this company, I manage 30+ properties in Philadelphia area, so far been satisfied, my clients never had any issues or any complaints, all properties are spotless clean even if it is an emergency cleaning.

Took me one too many tries to find me a decent cleaning service, once was burned on non insured firm, that caused me 700 in damages, but them?After getting to know girls (and they are always the same), I'm confident enough to just give them a pass code to the house, and I'm sure to come back to clean, fresh, house anytime after.Always on time, feels like in and out, polite, they do follow my requests in the order i've asked and further more, they are spotless, with my OCD :)ProsOn timeFast in proccessConfident and accurate in all they're doingSpotlessConsNot a low baller, but you find out why after they're doneSo, would recommend? The two ladies arrived on time, were very friendly, and after a tour of the home got to work immediately. They were efficient and our home looks brand new. I was worried about inviting a cleaning company into my home but the whole experience was positive from start to finish. Will be calling them again soon!

Do Not Hire! I hired this company for a home I recently moved into. I explained it was vacant for two years and I needed a deep cleaning. The owner promised this was something they did. The communication in the beginning was fine. However, the day of the service was horrible. First, they were an hour and a half late, then three girls walked in, two didn’t speak or understand English and the other was so, so with her English. I walked around and explained everything I needed done. They didn’t ask many questions and started right away. They then asked me for paper towels which would have been fine, but I wasn’t living there yet so didn’t have any of that stuff purchased, nor did they communicate a head of time that I would need to provide any of these things. I expected them to be there for at least four hours with the cleaning this house needed. Instead they were only there for two hours. When my husband went over to the house that night, it was barely cleaned. It basically got a “quick wipe down”. It was absolutely not a deep cleaning like I asked. The bathrooms especially were still gross and I wouldn’t even step foot in there to shower. I then had to call the owner three times and leave messages until he finally called me back. He explained they could come out again but I would have to pay the additional time they came out and that they sometimes tend to “rush” because they charge per hour. I then had to hire and additional cleaning service who came out and state ddouble the time to clean my house then this derived even after it was cleaned already by then. This company is such a scam and do horrible work, especially if you are expecting a deep clean. Very unprofessional!

I purchased a Groupon for 2 two hour cleanings. I called on 6/4 and left a message, called again on 6/5 and left another message. I also emailed them on 6/5, still no response. THIS should have been an indicator but I called them again on 6/6 at 730AM. I mentioned the Groupon, was asked when I wanted the appointment. I told them 6/13. I was then told they're not available until 6/21. SIGH. Why bother asking me when I wanted an appointment if you already KNEW you weren't available until 6/21?!Fine, I'll take 6/23. Oh, we don't work on Saturday. Really?! Their hours are 8am until 430pm, Monday to Friday. Well...who the hell is home during those hours? I mean, some people are but I have a job with regular hours so it's funny how your hours are listed until 8pm on Yelp but with a Groupon you're not available.Would I recommend them? Nope.

Hired these ladies to do a deep cleaning of our new apartment before we moved in (2 bed 2 bath, 1 floor condo- previous tenants had cats with fur everywhere and we are allergic and I’m 8 months pregnant, so we really wanted a deep clean). I was quoted $125-150 for 4-6 hours that they thought it should take to deep clean this size apartment. 2 women showed up about 45 minutes late with no courtesy phone call. Fine. I provided a bunch of brand new cleaning suppplies to be used: paper towels, sponges, toilet scrubbers/cleaner, dusters, stovetop cleaner, cleaner sprays, gloves/etc AND after noticing they brought there own stuff, I asked if they could please use mine that I put out for them instead, as I chose these products/brands purposefully for our apartment and would prefer them to use those and my new clean sponges and paper towels and stuff instead of their rags and cleaners. I then handed them a list of what I wanted to be done and what I really wanted to be focused on first which I went over with the lady who spoke English (which included to start with the kitchen first as that was priority for me, followed by the bathrooms, then bedrooms/living room. So they immediately started on the bathrooms for some reason after I repeatedly asked to start with the kitchen... umm ok.. fine...I also told them they didn’t have to vacuum, as I had just vacuumed and had carpet cleaners coming in the next day. So anyway, I left them to do their thing and told them to call me when they were about finished, expecting to get a call 4-6 hours later, while I went to clean and pack up my old apartment. I got a call after about an hour and a half with them saying they were almost done already. I arrived back and at first glance it looked pretty good, but there were a few spots that visibly still had clumps of cat fur (corners, floor, bottom of oven- baseboards were not really cleaned), but I was like...oh, they probably just missed a few small spots, lll take care of it I guess. So then they asked for payment of $140 for the 1.5 hrs after I was quoted 125-150 for 4-6 hrs. Fine..whatever... After they left and I started cleaning up those missed spots, I found myself cleaning for an additional 3 hours! It turns out that they had missed ALOT of spots- especially in the kitchen which was where I really wanted focused on. I should have taken pictures of the piles of black dust and grime coated paper towels I had after I finished re-cleaning the entire apartment myself. I also noticed that they had left large clumps of cat fur/dust all over the carpets in the hallway- I suppose from cleaning some hairy spots and shaking it out over the carpet or something- but I then had to vacuum AGAIN. Also, they took a bunch of my new cleaning supplies with them!!!! and left me with a few of their different older/ half used products as replacements I guess and 1 old nasty sponge (that was not the kind I bought by the way) that was left in the sink..AFTEr I kindly asked them to use the new stuff I bought instead of their own. Soooo, it seems like they just took my new stuff and used their old stuff anyway. Right...

I cannot say enough how much easier Cleaning Revolution makes my life here in New Jersey . The booking process is extremely easy to navigate and their cleaners are professional and remarkably friendly. Griselle is my favorite cleaner by far and recommend her to all of my friends. It always puts a smile on my face the days that she comes to clean, and knowing I will have a spotless, orderly apartment to return to once the busy workday is through.
