Feedback:

Fuzzy Taco RED OAK TX IS HORRIBLE!!!!!!!! I asked for a refund and the manager her name Michelle she looks like she on drugs like she was on something that day decided to throw my money at me because she was upset that I wanted a refund.. Corporate fire her and do a drug test

Feedback:

The district manager of my branch is stealing money from employee tip share plus illegally lowering people's wages before checks then paying them the lowered amount. Then he'd change it if I said something but I still haven't received back pay.

Feedback:

E Berry St. Dining in is a problem for the kitchen. I placed an order for chicken quesadillas to be in side dining. The people are the counter register were fantastic, but when I went to pick up my food it was placed in a to go box, even though the receipt clearly said it was dine in. I asked the gentleman with the mustache to please place it in a plate because it was a dine in order. The younger kitchen worker started to place it on a plate and he instructed him not to. I asked politely if I could have it on the plate because it was a dine in order and he said no. I said are you telling me I have do it myself and he said yes and pointed to a plate on the kitchen line. I said really and he said yes, even though my receipt clearly said and stamped dine in. I've never had this level of service at any Fuzzy's around the Metroplex including those in Arlington and Irving and I've been to this one multiple times and this was very disappointing that the backend kitchen service ruined my experience. The very polite assistant manager said this was not the first time they've had complaints on this same gentleman and recommended that I complain upwards. If that level of service is a known commodity of the kitchen person who is the last point of contact for customers, then tyouhey should not be working for this organization. This store lost my future business and I question General Manager, Shawn Placencia's, judgment in keeping this employee as a face of the organization, even though his manager's have said they have forwarded complaints on this same employee from customers without action taken to adequately address basic customer service standards of business. Cashiers and managers should not have to explain that they've complained numerous times about an employee's poor service without any action being taken by the general manager who this was reported to previously. Failure to address poor service by a general manager is a kin to accepting poor service as an acceptable standard for your business operation. A copy of this message will be forwarded to the corporate offices of Fuzzy's Tacos International.

Feedback:

My friend and I visited the Mansfield location this past Saturday, and were both double charged and overcharged due to a mistake on the bartender’s end. When we spoke to the manager about it, he accused us of trying to get free stuff. We explained that we didn’t want free stuff, we just only wanted to pay for what we ordered. Understandable right? One would think. I asked for his boss’s info and he refused to give it to me. He even told the bartender not to provide the information for the corporate office. The manager stated that if we really wanted to call corporate we could find the number online, and, once again, refused to write the number down. I found the phone number online and called corporate Saturday evening and left a voicemail and got no response. Today I checked my bank account and realized that they had refunded the $ to my account, then taken it out AGAIN! At this point I was livid. I called corporate again and explained the situation to the head receptionist. I got the regional managers email address and emailed him but received no response. I called back an hour later and the phone rang about 20 times before I was finally connected to a voicemail. I emailed the regional manager again and got no response. I believe Fuzzys should refund both of our charges due to the horrible experience we had and the wasted time we spent trying to explain our viewpoint to the manager. I also think my friend and I should both get gift cards to use at another fuzzys location. I look forward to Fuzzys corporate seeing this public review and righting the wrong done by one of its franchizes. Sincerely,Ms. Rogers

Feedback:

Good atmosphere and nice staff, but a little overpriced. Food is good, quick, and tasty.

The idiots here never get anything right and with the exception of a couple, they all have miserable attitudes.

Feedback:

Great taco's. Be careful which container you dump on them. I accidentally choose the burn my mouth sauce. Was disappointed in the burrito. Not in the flavor but I paid for a steak burrito and got 3 tiny pieces of steak and alot of rice, and everything else. And all threee pieces were at the bottom so I got to be upset during the entire eating of said burrito. Havent been back and dont know if i will go back because of this, but hey, they have plenty of business.

I'm in LOVE with your new Grapevine location (near Grapevine Mills)!! My boyfriend and I ate on the patio which was nicely heated with tons of TVs! We both ate and had drinks for under $20! This will definitely be one of our weekly go-to spots!
