9/9/19 6:30 AM. Came in to return my car. I asked what lane to go in and I was yelled at by one of the guys driving the cars to be cleaned. It almost caused an altercation between the guy and myself, but he drove away in another car. Grey hoody with fanny pack over his shoulder. I mentioned it to the guy that gave me my receipt, but he didn't seem to care. The staff were somewhat rude when I picked up the car as well. I'll think twice before I use National in St. Louis.
