Feedback:

For your money, go to Xtreme Fitness. It’s right down the road, has way more equipment, costs less, and better service. We signed up last night and it was a breeze. Do not use Snap. Clint is the manager and makes the process more complicated that it should be. He’s extremely numbers focused and made us sign up a second time (and waste over an hour of our time) so he could count the numbers for his store. My spouse’s card didn’t work and he was never there, even when we went as early as 3:00 in the afternoon, to fix the card. When we tried to cancel, he refused to cancel our membership until after the beginning of the next month so he could get the count. This was entirely money motivated and poor customer service.

Due to the incompetence and lack of communication of my new "home" gym, I was charged an extra $33 when I changed locations from the gym I started with to one closer to my house. I contacted the new location to find out what happened and they ended up hijacking my access. I told them I'll simply switch locations again if they insist on charging me more than I originally agreed to. They then told me I couldn't transfer locations until I paid them the extra fee. I emailed corporate about this on August 4th, it is now September 2 and I still have not heard back from corporate. Not only that, but I was charged an additional monthly fee yesterday even though my member profile clearly states that I am not on an Auto Renewal contract. I am so glad that I never gave them any financial information (I have Prime insurance which covers my fees). The new location told me they don't accept Prime even though all the other Snaps do, and this was AFTER they told me they were going to charge me. This was also after they openly admitted that they overlooked the fact that I had Prime. They said that I had been "exercising free for 4 months". No, I was still paying Prime and Prime was paying Snap. The location (Blaine Pheasant Ridge) is trying to get paid twice and corporate does not care.Update: I just circled back to Blaine Pheasant Ridge and they worked with me to resolve the issue. However, it is now September 11 and I still haven't heard back from corporate.

the gym was 46 degrees today down from 49 yesterday, The televisions won't work there is at least 1/4 inch of dirt under the trademills. I have been bringing in paper towels. The door won't shut. everything is filthy. no attendent we dont even know who is running the Tornto Road Snap Fitness in Springfield IL BUT SOMEONE IS GETTING MY DEPOSIT

Falcon Heights MN Location I witnessed the general manager harass and belittle members of color. He is very rude and unprofessional the hand sanitizers and paper towel dispensers have been empty for over a month now they do not care about you just want your money.

I had a bad experience at my local gym and contact snap corporate 3 times for help. Twice via email and once via postal mail and never received a response. Not sure why they offer an email address for customer if they never respond. Would not suppose or use a snap again based on my bad experiance with corporate and the local gym I was with.

Jessica Davies - Member of Snap Fitness in GA. *A matter of safety has brought me here today. I signed up in December. Which, I had been to this gym many times when my mother paid for a membership, and I would pay for classes when I would go with my friend before that. But, December is when I got my own membership. I had not had any issues at all until sometime in January. My card stopped opening the door. I thought it was just me until management figured out it was the door sensor. Okay, so what? Things quit working. No big deal. Well, here it is April 1 and the door is still not working. And, when I say 'not working', I mean it is UNLOCKED and open 24/7. I do mean 24/7. Let that sink in. Committed, paying members are being charged a monthly fee to be a member of this gym, to have unlimited 24/7 access, yet ANYONE in town can pull up, go inside and use the facility. Not only is it unfair, but it is unsafe. There are many times I am there alone. And, while I love having the gym to myself, I don't like feeling nervous or scared that someone could come in and hurt me. Not just me...the wonderful people that work there. My gym location is not on the best side of town either. I actually had my purse stolen out of my car while parked in the parking lot back in January, too. But back to the review. Yes, ANYONE can access this gym. Apparently there has been a locksmith come out and look at it, but nothing has been done to fix it. Y'all....the door literally stays open 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Like, no one is upset about that? I am. I have contacted the owner twice. Nothing has been done. Not only is the door not working, but the tanning bed has 17 bulbs out! 17!! SEVENTEEN. I can't get my tan on with 17 bulbs blown. Again, I have mentioned this twice to the owner. Other members are voicing their concerns but no one is hearing us. I was told yesterday that I would get a call from corporate sometime today (on April 1) but I have yet to have anyone contact me. I emailed. No response on that either. I called one of the only numbers I could find. No answer so I left a voicemail. Judging by the reviews on here...I can guess I won't hear back from anyone. Which is a shame because I really enjoy my gym. I love the classes and the staff. It has always been clean, and other than the door and the tanning bed...everything works just fine. I also got a super great deal during a promotional they had going on last year. So, its not like I want my money back, I just want to feel safe and no one seems to care.
