Client Review on UFC Gym

I serve the surrounding cities of Santa Clara County, and it shocks me with the amount of disconnection there is between UFC Gym Sunnyvale & Corporate. I purchased a $400 retail product from this gym as a gift for my spouse, and received a corresponding receipt displaying the price but never received one referencing the policy for returns or exchanges (aside from a verbal promise of a 30 Day Return via UFC Gym Sunnyvale employee + Manufacturer confirmation). Upon discovering my spouse had a synonymous product, we decided to simply return the unopened item 4 days post purchase day.Upon speaking with Heather from corporate she completely dismissed these facts, and disregarded a reimbursement. With gentle push-back, Heather promised to speak with her chain of command, and circle back with further direction. Roughly 2 weeks later, I have yet to receive a follow-up. As a result of this poor service, at the end of this membership cycle, I plan on canceling my membership with UFC Gym Sunnyvale.
