What a pleasant experience! Caroline is very helpful with finding the right style of glasses. The doctor and medical assistant, front desk & checkout all were very down to earth and friendly.

I took my kid in to get new frames and lenses. The doctor was great but everything before and after that was horrible. The first room they bring you in to do the eye exam was overcrowded. It was difficult to maneuver and hard to hear over the conversations of the other people in the room. The experience with the doctor was great but after that the frame selection process was rushed. The sales rep kept telling me I had $75 toward frames and I had to remind her multiple times it was $110. After the selection was made I checked to see what these frames sold for just to make sure the insurance company and myself are getting a fair deal. The frames they had listed for $190 were currently on the manufacturers website for $103. Almost double the price. I checked other frames and all were just about double the price. So what seems like a good price after insurance is just about retail. When I asked about the price I was told there is nothing they can do. With my kid having a broken pair of glasses held together by tape I had no choice but to take it up the rear. He already waited about aweek for the appointment and from reading current post the new pair won’t be in any time soon.

This year was my first experience with Eye Trends and my daughter's first eye exam ever. Although she saw one doctor while I was seeing another, she was comfortable enough to do so without me (she's 10). I spent A LOT of time picking out glasses and everyone was very patient with me. There were a lot of options and all of the trendy brands - which is what I wanted when purchasing something to sit on my face 60 hours a week. Once done, I mentioned in our conversation that my old glasses were so old that the case had basically fallen apart. The associate helping us gifted me a new case for them! The day our glasses were ready, I picked up mine and when my daughter got out of school we went to get hers. After I had gotten mine that day, I had rushed in the house and sat my designer shades down somewhere I shouldn't have and my daughter accidentally broke them. When we picked up her glasses, I mentioned it and the lady helping us FIXED them for me - free of charge. I didn't even buy them there. She saved me a couple hundred dollars. Then, they gifted me a new case for my shades because I did not have one. They gave my daughter multiple cleaning cloths, the case that was included with her glasses, an extra one that could stay in her backpack & a soft one for her nightstand. The doctors and staff were all helpful, patient and kind and we will continue to go back -- plus you should see my amazing new glasses!

We have been coming to the Woodlands eye trends for over 10 years and they have always been amazing. From the front office staff to the techs, doctors and cashiers. Our family will continue to come here as long as they are open. Today especially they have gone above and beyond to help my kids get their damaged glasses repaired super fast (and last minute even though I walked in late in the day) so they can see (poor things are blind as all get out) and potentially impact school! Love this place!!

I have been coming to this location for 4 years, and while the Doctors/Assistants have been remarkable, the service keeps going down when it comes to purchasing glasses. So what happened? I ordered a pair of Oakley glasses in a particular size. The gentleman looked up the glasses and gladly told me "I can get those glasses for you in that size but it may take the full two weeks before we receive them". I was perfectly fine with the timing & expectations. Fast forward three weeks and no call from eye trends, so I called the store and was told they do not have my glasses as of yet. I am still patient at this point. Then August 8th comes around (a month and still no glasses); I call back, explained to the woman that I have been waiting a month for my glasses and have yet to hear anything. She puts me on hold without warning, and I was transferred without any prior notification. The next woman who answered stated "we been had your glasses, we just need to put them together; you can pick them up in 30 minutes". I arrived an hour later, requested my glasses and proceeded to try them on. They did not fit because the incorrect size was ordered, and there were deep scratches on the lenses. This led to the woman asking me to come back in another 45 minutes. I came back an hour later, picked up my glasses, the woman apologized for the incorrect size of the glasses (told me the glasses I ordered only came in one size, and the rep should have told me that), and she told me I can return them within 30 days if I want to exchange them. Well I went to Eye Trends today for my exchange because I am still within the 30 days and I was told that "there was nothing they can do because my glasses do not have a 30 day return policy". So here I am wearing my old glasses with an out of date prescription because Eye Trends will not own up to their mistakes. I do understand mistakes happen but you get paid to do a job, and the least you all could have done was find some way to get me into my new prescription, instead of telling me there was nothing that can be done. Poor work ethics here! Oh and I forgot to mention that my glasses were not even put together correctly. Within one week, a screw and the arm fell off. The funniest part is the excuses you here from the employees.
