I am giving a 5 star rating to Jay, Bobby and company at Brakemasters #109 @ Ina and Oracle. It starts at the front door. Upon entry I am always greeted by a manager behind the counter. They are always very sincere. They are very knowledgable and very confident with their business. They have replaced the A/C system on my 2004 car and 2012 car and tuned up the A/C on my 2006 car. They do all of my oil changes and regular preventative maitnence. They even replaced my headlights no questions asked. More people should know about the sincere and very professional work done and customer service from Brakemasters #109. They always get my cars in and out same day service. There is never any pressure put on me to get repairs done. They are able to answer any of my questions and are always willing to go the extra mile. I have gotten alignments done on all of my vehicles and I apperciate how they explain what my car was at before and after they do the alignment. I appreciate the sincerity and honestly and this is the only car shop I'm going to be using from now on. I am a frequent customer, and Jay and company always take care of me. Free public service announcement.Make sure you take your vehicle to Jay and Bobby at Brakemasters #109. They do great quality work and you will not be disappointed.

Worst service ever! I've been going to the Apache Junction Store#167 and last weekend dropped my car off to have brakes done and I should have only paid $179 or $200 at the most. They charged me $890!! There are charges on my receipt that I know they did not need to do like a brake line flush! They didn't replace my master or slave cylander so that was a $53 unnecessary charge not to mention they put ceramic pads on my car & sold me rotors that I didn't need and they never asked me if I wanted the expensive pads they just put them on my car! I had my oil changed in September & my car has never had an oil leak but it does now! I said something to the mgr and he avoided the question! They also put a new battery post on my battery & charged me $54.60 then when my cable melted & I had to get my car towed 50 miles to them the mgr said it's not their fault my cable melted, he doesn't know what happened to my car when I left (less than 24 hrs earlier). I told him they just replaced my cable 2weeks ago and they are fixing it, then he said it would cost me $117 for each post to be replaced! I said I'm not paying that when it's your company's fault & hung up. Then he calls me back saying I was right they did replace it and they will do it for free & my car would be ready at 1pm. I get my car & requested a printout of with they did w/the amount they would have charged me, I get a receipt for -$34.00! They only did one post and wrapped the wires in electrical tape! So I called to ask why I was charged $58 last time and they replaced it with a cheaper part & they hung up on me! Been calling corporate but they never call back so now I'm reporting them to the BBB!

PLEASE BEWARE OF THIS LOCATION AT ALL COST! I recently got an oil change on my 370Z and as you can see from the below picture the technicians at this location are unable to perform basic oil changes correctly. My garage is now stained with OIL because someone couldn't do their job properly by tighting a bolt. I would like to make note I took it to another location (BreakMasters) who called out all the mistakes that were made by this location. I don't expect any place to be perfect but this is the second issue I've had, so I blame myself for trusting these trash bags again! The last incident they put the wrong break pads on my 350Z with no apology.. no offer for partial refund for labor etc. Stay far away from this bootleg location... sorry not sorry BREAKMASTERS but they have tarnished your brand and I will post my experience anywhere I can to alert consumers!

I have had the worst car repair experience of my life over the last two weeks with Brake Masters Store #209 off Germann Road in Chandler. I went in to the location with a mis-fire on my Honda Accord. The manager informed me it needed a new ignition coil and new spark plugs. I was able to get the parts a little cheaper at the local Autozone but had Brake Masters install the parts. When I picked up the vehicle the issue was not resolved. The check engine light was still on and when it took it back to Autozone it was the same issue. I took my car back to Brake Masters. They said I need a valve adjustment for $360 and said they fixed the initial issue and the car was running fine. Today I had an actual reputable mechanic fix my car, it was a bad fuel injector. The issue is fixed. It is clear the technicians and managers lied about fixing the issue and wanted to milk more money out of me. I am absolutely appalled. I cannot believe the service I have been provided and lack of ownership of Brake Masters for misdiagnosing the issue. Everyone I have spoke with was condescending and argumentative. No one ever apologized or shown any level of customer service.

I have had Brake masters replace brakes once before. In Tempe, AZ I needed brake work later on and was in Sierra Vista, AZ The shop wanted to change many things that were not necessary. I found this out because of a referral to a local shop that did the job for about $250.00 less than the quote from you. My original job with you cost $333.00 for all wheels. The estimate from Sierra Vista was 894.77. Why the original job done two years ago is less than 1/2 of the estimate from Sierra Vista. Needless to say I did not hire that shop.

My branch was in Albuquerque off the Alameda. Customer service here is ridiculous. Brought my vehicle in with explicit instructions to the Assistant Manager Adrian Almeraz on what was to be done. Also explaining I had coupons for all work being requested. The initial response was "oh yeah we'll take care of it" however they called a couple hours later sayin it was all ready to pick up. Went down the list of things that were completed and it was not what I asked for. Then we requested additional services to which we also explained we had coupons for and that service was completed however they did not honor the coupon. Upon arrival to pay for services we handed the Store Manager Corwin Baber our coupons he immediately directed us to Adrian. No help from him at all. His response was " I didnt help you guys on this, so let me get Adrian". Which I thought was completely unprofessional for a Store Manager. Once Adrian came back in to help us, again did not honor our coupon and we were told by him the reason for him not honoring our coupon was that we were " not specific enough about the service we were expecting ". I have never been treated anywhere close to the manner in which I was treated today from this establishment and I will make it a point to never be treated in this way again. You have lost yourself a customer today thanks to both your Store and Assistant managers at this location.

I would like to say how will i was taken care of by Will Gonzaga at store 205. I came in needing the left cv boo, under warranty. He informed me that it previously was never done as stated on paper. He took care of everything. Made me a happy and confident customer again.Sincerly,Karen Barbano

John Patee in ABQ, went above & beyond in service. He got my vehicle in quickly and there was no charge. He was honest and told me "there wasn't a big problem" they fixed it and i was on my way. Very happy customer here!
