Feedback:

I was in this place with my family (2 kids and wife) looking for some fast food place. Unfortunately we decide for this Firenza Pizza.30 min before they close we was inside.1.- the guy who prepares the pizzas so rude and grumpy. We was trying to be friendly with him but his actitud so so bad...2.- we get the pizza and after eating some slices another person comes (looks he was the owner) to tell us we have to go out because in 2 minutes they have to close. Can you believe this!... it was the worst experience for all my family. Very bad service..Pizza was so so.

Feedback:

This place has really gone down hill since they opened, the taste of the food has gotten progressively worse. The last time we ordered from them, we ordered they messed up our order. We ordered a large pizza, a small pizza, wings and extra sauce. When we got the pizzas, they were 2 smalls and they didn't include the extra sauce we paid for. We called the store and the manager, Richard, was rude with us since our daughter was crying in the background and he initially had trouble hearing us. After explaining that the order was incorrect he made an excuse saying "We didn't take this over the computer, we took it over the phone. You're going to have to call grubhub buddy." We called grubhub and they refunded the mistakes made by the restaurant. Some ways for firenza to make sure this doesn't happen again is: 1. When your computer is "down", confirm any "upgrades" over the phone. For example, firenza lists their large pizza as a small pizza with a large upgrade. Since firenza has made their ordering system confusing on grubhub, it's important to confirm the "upgrades" if your computer is down. 2. Don't be rude to customers when they come in or when they call in, if the manager is rude and doesn't care, the other employees will take that example.

Feedback:

I was not impressed. First, staff was not overly friendly as other reviewers mentioned. I wasn't even greeted as I stood at counter for several minutes. What I noticed that did not seem efficient at all, was that rather than have an assembly line of staff make the pizza (one person knead dough, one do toppings, another place in brick oven), one person did it all. So there was an unnecessary line of pizzas waiting to be put in oven and me waiting in store for some time. When I finally got my pizza 20 minutes later (and it was not busy in the store), I expected good pizza. What I got was OK pizza. It was loaded with sauce, cheese was skimpy, and my few toppings were unevenly thrown on. I only came here because I did not want to contend with the Mall traffic at &pizza. I will likely not return to Firenza.

Feedback:

Let me just say that I went into this restaurant expecting "pizza like never before." I can't say that's what I got.If we're being honest, it's basically just like all the other make-your-own pizza places that are popping up all over the area. Now, it wasn't bad...it just didn't really compare to the quality and options that you typically get from a place like &Pizza. The crust was good, but the toppings and marinara sauce just tasted kind of bland. Not really what I was expecting from somewhere that's gotten such good reviews.I will say that, in terms of price, Firenza is hard to beat. You'll pay close to $10 at &Pizza for a person and probably pretty similar at MOD, here I paid $7 or so for a personal pizza with four toppings. So, in that sense, it is nice. But, I'm typically willing to pay a little more if it means that I'm going to get a really good pizza and I don't think Firenza has changed my mind on that.I will say that the staff was absolutely wonderful. They were both very nice and friendly...just wish friendliness made a good pizza.Honestly, I don't think I'll be coming back here. With so many other pizza places around, mediocre just doesn't cut it anymore.

Feedback:

I always enjoy coming here since my husband and I can each order an individual pizza with all the toppings we want and don’t have to compromise. The pizza is good and inexpensive, and I’ve never had a problem with customer service. They even have deals for teachers on Wednesdays!

Feedback:

It's rare for me to give a 5-star review for a lunch spot, but this place earns it. Their pizzas are excellent, with lots of choices for toppings, sauces and spices. The size is just right, too -- it's hard to imagine anyone thinking they didn't get enough food.Personally, I like the Carnivore pizza, but the make-your-own option is a great alternative.

Feedback:

I was at this location this afternoon and was highly unsatisfied with my entire experience. I pre-ordered my pizza online at 11:50 for a 12:15 pick up, i showed up to the restaurant around 12:30 and my orders were not even made yet. I went to the register and the kid at the counter looked at me confused then checked the computer and said i see the order but it has not been made. THANK GOD I BROUGHT MY PAPER RECEIPTS WITH THE ORDERS BECAUSE THE KID ASKED ME FOR THEM SO HE COULD MAKE THE PIZZAS!!! The restaurant had 2 people in it who already had their food! I thought the kid was working alone but while i was waiting for the pizzas to be made 3 more workers came out from the back but did not help the kid make any of the pizzas then disappeared AGAIN! i waited 20 minutes for 3 pizzas while i was on my lunch break from work and nothing was offered to me no one apologized nothing!!!!!!!! Was there even a manager on duty??? When i got back to the office to eat the pizza did not taste good and felt like it was rushed. My office usually eats here all the time but after this experience i don't know if i or my office will ever return.

Feedback:

I’ve been going here for 2 years and lately my experience has been terrible. The food has been fairly good but the customer service is horrible. I was there two weeks ago and 1 of the female employees was arguing with an older male employee and young male employee. The whole thing was embarrassing. I was there again tonight and there 4 employees working and all but one female employee (curly hair and glasses) seemed like it was an inconvenience for us to be there eating. The tables are always dirty. Trash overflowing. No one says”Welcome to Firenza” when you walk in the door anymore. I’ve seen an employee sleeping in a booth. Phone chargers and drinks in booths. Employees don’t know how to redeem rewards. There has been a couple times when we’ve asked for a topping (like asparagus or cilantro) and were told that they don’t have it. I ordered the Chipotle pizza and there wasn’t any pico de gallo on it. I would have asked for more but everyone disappeared (except for the curly hair girl who was making pizzas). The prices of the pizza have gone up have gone up which is understandable but could the employees at least have a welcoming attitude and clean the place. Otherwise what’s the point of continuing to go there. I use to recommend the place to everyone but not so much anymore. I don’t know what’s going on but it will be a while before I go back.
