Feedback:

We have a great restaurant in Christiansburg, VA. Always, great service and food. BUT, they need to make their carry-out containers recyclable. Currently a "5". We need a 1 or 2 as our recycling center will no longer tak anything but a 1 or 2. Better yet, compostable "cardboard" clam shell.

Horrible service. Tried to talk to the manager, and she never came to the table. Left went outside and was left on hold, then a young girl came to the phone and said....ah the manager wants to know like, what you want...I told her I wanted to talk to the manager. Left on hold for another 10 minutes. Mind the fact I had just walked out of restaurant and it wasnt even half full, and not busy at all, like 4 or 5 servers were just chatting it up at the bar. Someone else came back to the phone and told me that Felicia was too busy and I could call back in a couple hours. My husband is a public servant and works long hours, this was his birthday and a hard pressed time we could actually have a night out. Thanks Felicia and Red Robin for ruining his birthday dinner!

I have been going to Red Robin all over the country for over 20 years. Today I witnessed the worst customer service ( Colorado Springs Southgate location ) I’ve seen at any location. The two very older blonde and brunette female employees in the bar/ dining area were very rude to multiple customers. One customer was going to sit down and the blonde employee said “ that seats already taken ... you see there is a glass there “ but their were multiple tables that hadn’t been cleaned so how could they have known that. I felt that I was an inconvenience for them rather then a customer. I never received a receipt ... from what I was told ...” the computers were down” and and my older brunette waitress pretty munched rushed me out of there ... I paused while I was drinking my drink... she took my plate and came back and was like it will be this much .. in my mind I was like ... well I guess it’s time for me to go.. since she was rushing me out so fast. I wasn’t even done drinking my drink yet. I didn’t feel welcome at all and this is not the type of customer service that should be displayed. I’m the future I will not go there when they are working and I will go in the evening where I know the customer service is always better or I won’t be returning to this Red Robin. I thought one of the things was to promote and advertise the rewards card .. that didn’t happen at all.

Jordan Russell at corporate has horrible communication skills as there P.R rep.... was going to email me a 25.00 gift certificate for the horrible service at or Arizona location.(2weeks)ago...I will make point that when we go to our Lake Havasu city Red Robin in a few more weeks when back in town for my birthday party...lol..our server will not be tipped... that's one way to get our 25.00 now isn't it?..

Ridiculously long time before order was delivered to our table. Waitress was friendly enough but rarely checked back. Menu is overpriced from appetizers to beverages ($2.75 for a soda??!!). Doubt we'll ever go back.

My family has been going to the Red Robin in Tacoma for years and has always been given great service. However, tonight I have never been treated with such a condescending, rude and dis-respectfulness by a waitress. For my grandchildren to be spoken to in a fashion unacceptable and demeaning. Children don't care weather you take their glass or bring them a new one, they just would like a refill. To finish off our evening to have it suggested that I would try to get away with out paying for my bill in full and questioned "Are YOU sure there is 100.00 on this gift card and can you prove it?" It is not my fault your Ziosk had issues. Our waitress had been looking over our shoulder to see how much of a tip she was going to get and even asking how much we had tried to tip her was beyond acceptable. The manager came by once to ask how things were going. When the issue arose to the point of needing the manager our waitress hesitated to speak with him until she saw us getting frustrated and then spoke to him. He never came out to apologize for the inconvenience for the computer. Instead we got was "well are you leaving a cash tip?" We spent about 20 minutes trying to check out. I only have this review a 1 star but wouldn't have given this even that but you can't leave a review with out it. When I am spending $100.00 or more almost every time we expect decent service!

DO NOT EAT AT THIS LOCATION Awful! Awful! Awful! 1491 Havana road Red Robin from Colorado is a disgrace! I thought it was bad that they forgot my drink and then gave me a different orders two drinks instead which I left with because I shouldn’t have to walk into the building a third time for them to get something as simple as a drink completed!! I was looking at reviews on Grubhub from this location and people said they got RAW burgers! Burgers missing the beef patty! One ggot a fatal allergic reaction because they added mayo when explicitly asked not to! Another man said he got COCKTAIL SAUCE on his CHEESECAKE instead of raspberry!!! Oh my gosh! I am astounded. Soooo many bad reviews!! DO NOT EAT HERE!!!

I've been trying for over 6 years to get my Royalty account fixed. It website keeps denying my registration because it says the phone number is already registered. I've had the phone number for over 9 years. Many staff and managers have tried to fix the problem. I've written to the webmaster. Nothing works! Furthermore, as a vegetarian the two options that they used to have that we're quite good have now replaced by a single choice; a black bean burger which is absolutely horrible! It's apparent that Red Robin does not give one whit about the customers!

The new Red robin that opened in Jacksonville , fl less than a year ago is a joke! On Saturday March 24, 2018 at approximately 10pm, my boyfriend called them to place am to go order for the both of us. As promoted by the automated service, you are suppose to press one for to go orders. Someone answered the phone and proceeded to tell him hold on . Being that they close 11pm, according to Google, we got dressed and headed out the door. Keep in mind my boyfriend is still on hold . We drove from our place alll the way to red robin and was still on freaking hold! When we got there, we parked by the to-go parking lot and walked towards the side door that says to go orders only to walk to it locked and a waitress waved nonchalantly telling us to walk to the front door. By this time am pissed because i sprained my ankle earlier and it hurts to walk. We got to the main entrance, the hostess asked us what we needed. I showed her the phone where we on hold for 20 minutes and she looked at me shocked. I asked for a manager. When he came to the counter, he said nonchalantly that corporate answers the phones calls and routes it to them! Ha! So corporate kept me on hold for 20 minutes! Ok. Worse customer service ! By then i wanted nothing from them . I went to Texas roadhouse which is located behind this crappy restaurant and got amazing food and great customer service! I which i can give it a negative 1 star!

The worse worse worse service I have ever experienced while dining out...The BOWIE RED ROBIN...BOWIE TOWN CENTER, BOWIE, MARYLAND. We had a party of approximately 20 people...The server that was assigned to our party certainly was unable to handle it alone. We arrived at approximately 7:15pm and was seated a little after 8pm. Server came to the table immediately took drink orders and did not come back for at least 30 mins.. I totally understand with large parties it takes a little longer to get one served...but this was horrible horrible service. When the food finally came out....Server left the food unattended on the tables behind us....It set there for about 10mins before guest at out table got up and handed out the food at our table.....It was an awful experience....Two guests left because they never got their food....I also left because I never received my food...which was only an appetizer. The server seemed very unconcerned the entire situation. So as a result I will NOT patronize Red Robin any longer.
